Common Issues

SSH connection failed

Double-check your server IP (no spaces), username (usually root), and password. If your provider uses SSH keys by default, switch to key-based auth in the App. You can also reset your password in your VPS provider's dashboard.

Preflight check failed

Your server needs at least 2 GB RAM and 10 GB free disk. If a check fails, the App tells you exactly what to fix. Most issues resolve by upgrading your VPS plan one tier.

Bot not responding after install

Go back to the Verify step in the App and run the checks again. The built-in AI debug assistant will diagnose the issue and suggest the exact fix.

Channel token rejected

Tokens expire or get invalidated. Re-open your channel provider (Telegram BotFather, WhatsApp Business, Slack App settings) and copy a fresh token.

Refunds

If your setup fails irrecoverably and the AI debug assistant cannot resolve it, you are eligible for a refund. Contact us at jirka@chomat.biz with your session ID (visible in the App) and we will process it promptly.
